Its all about Traditional Assamese Jewellery, an honest and true endeavor to promote Assamese traditional jewellery claims Aparajita.
The jewellery represents sophisticated glamour, which is reflected in custom design language & exquisite finish. And till date, she has developed over 1500 amalgamated new designs without aberration of the traditional look of Assamese jewelleries.Highly Educated with Degrees in Sales and Marketing and one on International Business Operations she earlier worked in a central govt. PSU as financial advisor. Apart from jewellery designer she is well versed as Handloom, Silk and Handicraft attires and designs besides being an Event Planner for Premium and Luxurious weddings.Since 2009, she established her label of fashion jewellery “Assamese Traditional Jewellery Axomia Gohona” DIRECTLY AND INDIRECTLY
ENGAGING around 15O workers. Also, she has organized many training for women in many places of Assam so that they use their leisure time to earn their livelihood and many new generation young artisans have approached to work along with her and team.She is currently holding as President ASSAM CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE WOMAN WING and PLAYED AN IMPORTANT ROLE AS A FOUNDER OF ASSAM CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE..WOMAN WING Chapter located in Guwahati. She successfully started a commercial page in social media to promote Assamese Jewelleries and fabrics as one of the first online commercial pages from Assam which at present with a follower of 1,60,000 people and the number is ever increasing day by day.
