Miss Papia Chakraborty, a highly accomplished individual who founded Rx. Cureasure Healthy Elite OPC Pvt Ltd, came from a middle-class family in Guwahati, Assam and boast over 7+ years of experience in the corporate sector. She is the corporation’s DIRECTOR by trade and have a passion for Graphic Designing.

She have an impressive educational background, including a Master’s degree in English Literature and Graphic Design talents from Arena Animation. Her start-up has been widely recognized and received multiple distinctions, bringing  great satisfaction and contributing to her professional reputation.

Her Entrepreneurial Journey

As a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience in Bangalore, commonly referred to as “A Silicon City” or an IT Hub, I was confronted with the unprecedented challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic and the ensuing economic recession. Consequently, I was compelled to return to my hometown of Guwahati, where I resolved to remain engaged in productive pursuits. Drawing upon my diverse background across multiple industries, I was inspired to embark on a journey of entrepreneurship in the healthcare sector.

While my state has made significant strides in healthcare infrastructure, I identified areas where I believed there was still room for improvement. The devastating impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has been felt by many individuals and families across the world, including myself. Tragically, I lost a loved one who was both Covid-19 positive and undergoing dialysis treatment. Despite the urgent need for dialysis, the hospital refused to provide the necessary treatment, resulting in the loss of my loved one. This traumatic experience left an indelible impression on my mind and has shaped who I am today. I am convinced that one’s intentions to contribute to society do not require a medical background or a doctoral degree. My resolve was strengthened by the encouragement of friends and well-wishers who spurred me on with the words, “You Can Do It.” Thus, my entrepreneurial journey began in 2021 December, and I continue to pursue it with unwavering enthusiasm and self-belief adds Papia.

Seeing the ongoing situation of the northeast predominantly found ample families who are economically not sound and struggling with kidney failure. It becomes very complicated for a middle-class family to cope with the ball game especially when it falls into a rural sector. The lack of proper nephrologists in the entire NER region makes the circumstances even more worst. In such a situation some families, fail to continue the struggle, mentally and financially due to the high expenses of the medical and start cursing the patient so that he/she may die. But that’s not the ultimate solution. Since I as a the founder of the start-up, CUREASURE™ belongs to Assam Northeast, I can completely relate to the pain of my state and what they are facing run-of-the-mill adds Papia.

• Physiotherapy: Physiotherapy is a healthcare profession that utilizes exercise, manual therapy, and other techniques to help individuals recover from injuries, illnesses, or disabilities. Physiotherapy can help in reducing pain, improve mobility and strength, and restore optimal function. Additionally, receiving dialysis treatment in a familiar and comfortable environment can help reduce the stress and anxiety associated with the treatment process. Overall, dialysis on wheels can help improve the quality of life and health outcomes of individuals who require regular hemodialysis treatment.
