Srishti

Welcome to Srishti, the inspiring venture founded in 2021 by sisters duo Sanghamitra Goswami and Pallabi Goswami. Sanghamitra Goswami, despite being a dedicated homemaker and nurturing mother and Pallabi Goswami, despite being an advocate by profession, their passion for creative expression led to the establishment of a unique venture specializing in handmade jewelry and decorative items.

Srishti’s allure lies in crafting exquisite jewelries from air-dried clay, a meticulous process that transforms raw materials into wearable masterpieces. Drawing inspiration from traditional design patterns of India, especially the Northeast, the sisters tastefully blend these influences with contemporary design and color, creating a harmonious fusion.
Presently, Srishti has also introduced various home decor items specially some unique hand-painted and hand crafted fridge magnets, wall hanging, coasters etc., pouring the essence of the North-Eastern region.
After doing everything themselves for more than a year, Sanghamitra and Pallabi took a significant step forward by employing local women and providing them with comprehensive training in the entire creative process. Their small but fully equipped workshop now boasts four skilled women artisans. Looking ahead, their plan is to increase productivity by adding more local women to their talented team.

In just three years, Srishti has become a symbol of empowerment, inspiring women to pursue their passions fearlessly. The collection reflects the sisters’ tireless experimentation, inviting every woman to embrace her uniqueness.

Beyond being a brand, Srishti is a celebration of the indomitable spirit that resides within every woman who dares to dream. With invitations to prestigious shows and exhibitions within their first three years, Sanghamitra and Pallabi’s journey with Srishti is a testament to the courage required to turn creative dreams into reality. The Entrepreneurial Journey

Meet Sanghamitra and Pallabi Goswami, two enterprising women who found a silver lining in 2021, during the COVID-19 lockdown. Struggling with the need for extra income, they birthed the idea of Srishti, a blend of creativity and financial independence.

They kicked off by selling their handmade jewelries on Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. Surprisingly, the response was quick and positive. Motivated by the encouragement, the sisters decided to expand, hiring and training local women to join their journey.

This move not only boosted production but also empowered women in their community. Srishti’s unique designer jewelries, a product of passion and dedication, moved from online platforms to physical stalls. The stunning pieces soon caught the attention of event organizers and government departments.

Invitations started pouring in, not just as stall exhibitors but also as respected jewelries partners for state-wide fashion events. Sanghamitra and Pallabi’s journey with Srishti is a testament to the power of resilience, entrepreneurship, and the positive impact of empowering women. From a simple idea born during tough times to becoming sought-after participants in major events, their story is an inspiration for every woman with a dream and the determination to make it happen.
